No. Place is closed due to an explosion in June. I just posted pictures of the damage when I was there last week. 😓
yes
Small portion for $22 for the fish and chips this was what they brought out. A tablespoon of slaw 2 hand size pieces of fish and a moderate portion of fries.
This restaurant is popular and noisy. The food is delicious and well presented, the service is excellent. I forgot my camera bag here and returned several hours later to get it. A big thank you to our waiter!
I told my friends about this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are fantastic and the stuff is efficient and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we have a gorgeous time. I recommend this place with pleasure.
I celebrated my birthday yesterday in this great place. happy to tell that we had a phenomenal evening and the restaurant was definitely one of the reasons for the outstanding evening. The team participated in a splendid way, the food was appetizing and my buddies were extremely glad. We shall absolutely return for more events. thanks very much.
Pretty much the go-to bar and restaurant at Stinson Beach. I really like the fish tacos and the jazz performance by Chris and Gary is awesome!
Amazing food, great atmosphere, and an all around wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had someone playing live piano. Prices are on the higher side but more than worth it. Good choices for both seafood and non seafood options.
Very Fast and Covinet Resturant with okay food. The food seemed to be cooked in a rush, and the first in the tacos are the same as the fish and chips. The actual building looks under maintained
Great stop while driving the one. Live jazz too.
Okay had better for the price. Worth a drive north to Bodega Bay for better food.
Delicious food, great love jazz music and service!
Quaint beach town vibe. Deviled eggs were to die for.
We called from the dipsea trail to ask if they would serve us if we showed up mere minutes before closing. They were happy to! My honey ran the last mile of 15 to make sure we had a table by 9pm. Awesome food, great people.
Great little place that plays live jazz music in the evening.
As of August 2020, place is indefinitely closed. Restaurant was damaged due to an explosion in June. I wish the owners my best and hope the historic restaurant reopens in the near future! When they do, I'll be back! 😎 In meantime, I posted some pictures of the damage. Very sad sight. 😓
Delicious swordfish and cocktail of the day featuring fresh local muddled cherries. A great meal after a nice hike.
Best margarita ever. Thanks Jordan 🤗🍹
From the minute I walked in both the waitress/bartender and the gentleman playing music were very friendly, service was excellent and atmosphere was great. Other customers were also very nice, and even though I am not a fan of fish or seafood I decided to try the fish and chips- great decision! Was delicious and hit the spot perfectly, thank you Erica for the suggestion! And for the great service! I wish I was going to be in town just a little longer to stop by again, but I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area! <3
For an indoor-outdoor restaurant in a tiny seaside town, the food here is surprisingly bold, nuanced, and interesting. And really good.
Honestly the food was literally the best u have ever had. I wish they could ship me food back to Texas. The oysters were unbelievable, then I had the clam linguini, followed by a huge desert which I forgot the name for, I think it was mud pie. I had two glasses of Malbec and my date had an Ace Pineapple Cider which was so tasty. The service was amazing as well, the staff was so polite and helpful. Next trip to the Bay Area I'll make the hour or so drive just to come back here.
We loved this seafood shack with the best Bloody Mary and chowder. All the food looked amazing...I would definitely return.
Best freakin Chowder!! The service was awesome the bread was amazing and the Cocktails!!. Love love love
Adorable and causal bar/restaurant with great drinks and appetizers. We didn’t stay for dinner but totally should have! A little pricey, heads up.
Great spot. Very local vibe. Sam, the owner, is the man and couldn’t be a nicer guy. We couldn’t get a ride back to San Francisco (there’s no Uber’s) and he graciously drove us back to the city. Great experience!! Food was also great. Highly recommend.
Food was good ,I was there 2 years ago they had a different chef and they use to make mac cheese It was so good
Just stopped in to use the restroom. Decided to order a couple apps. Staff was friendly, food came fast, jazz inside and out door seating was nice.
The food is good but Muscles are a bit spicy. If you are sensitive to spicy food then don’t eat the muscles.
Excellent Mandarin fried chicken! Very good service from Mike, the bartender and the place is clean. Extremely expensive though.
We always stop here and have for years every time we go to Stinson Beach nice places to sit sometimes music
Try the calimari! It's very tender and fresh.
Food was quickly delivered. My friends loved their seafood dishes. Menu has seafood and beef and chicken! Burger was ok, not great, but it's a seafood place primarily, so was not surprised. Drinks were reasonably priced. Food was moderately priced, between $20 to $40 a plate. Desserts were awesome from the Mud Pie to the bread pudding! Brownie a la mode is a huge brownie, very warm but a little dry. The drive on the 101 to get there was an experience like no other!
Great food and good service. A little pricey but not too bad for a small ocean town. Don't get me wrong, the food was totally worth the price.
Most delicious food in the Point Reyes area. A menu all foodies will enjoy, and the oyster styles were stellar. Looks to be an outdoor patio under construction right now, nice. We'll absolutely be back.
Atmosphere is great food is good service was really good
Nice charming restaurant and bar with stylish decor. clam chowder is great.
High prices, but good food and friendly staff!
This is a great place! I often go here for French fries after walking the steep ravine trail, great location and amazing food
Nice jazz duet group playing. Good small seafood restaurant atmosphere. The service was excellent and the food hit the spot. Would definitely go back.
Had a great experience when I randomly stumbled upon this restaurant driving up the coast. Unique places with a great menu in a great little town. I will for sure be back.
Very good
Slow service. The food was disappointing. The atmosphere was great.
Great food, cozy relaxed atmosphere, ok service, reasonable prices, and perfect location!
Have frequented this venue many times.... unfortunately the prices rise as the service dwindles....overpriced.. inattentive and standard food.. .do not recommend
Pleasant atmosphere! Friendly staffs
The "prawn" fish tacos were delicious. The setting is very pretty and relaxing in this small town.
Inconsistent - some dishes were good, others not really; for example, the calamari wasn't cooked right , but the mussels were good. Also, our dishes were really spaced out, 30 minutes between dishes, when the people sitting next to us, who came in 10 minutes after we did, ordered the same dish and got it 20 minutes before us 🙁 Will not be going back.
Very tasty, wonderful service.
Short staffed - and it showed in the service and the food. Hopefully they get this fixed.
